- 1 c crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tb cornstarch
- 1 c coconut
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick of margarine
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1 pie shell, baked
Preparation:Mix all the ingredients; pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° 30 to 40 minutes, until done.
